Catherine quickly taught us that quick movements throughout the day is better than no movement. Something simple as a quick ten-minute exercise helps with your mental alertness.
Baked eggs filled with almonds and root vegetables was one of many dishes offered during the breakfast service.
For lunch and dinner, a full salad bar with all the condiments and dressing were offered alongside with proteins.

On the last day of the retreat, yogi guru – Katie Thacker treated us to a thirty-minute session.
What did I learn from this Wellness Retreat?
To put me as a priority. Yes, that sounds selfish but its true. Catherine helped me implement subtle changes in my lifestyle through nutrition, stress management and most importantly self-care/love. It was refreshing to hear others open up about themselves and made me realize that I am not alone in this. I left this retreat feeling revived and confident.
