RECIPE | B.C. Blueberry Pineapple Ginger Smoothie


Everyone needs a good smoothie recipe, right? Here’s  a tasty one that was provided to me by the BC Blueberry Council.


1 cup (150g)               B.C. Blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 cup (240ml)           Light unsweetened coconut or almond milk
3/4 cup (175ml)       Plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup (35g)            Pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
2 tsp (10ml)             Maple syrup
2 tsp (10ml)             Fresh ginger, finely grated
1/4 tsp (pinch)        Ground turmeric (optional)

Fill your blender with ingredients softest (liquids) to hardest (frozen) and blend until smooth. Voila!

Yields 3 cups
