RECIPE | DELISSIO RUSTICO Elevate your pizza party

Want to elevate your pizza party?  Start off by choosing a Delissio Rustico gourmet stone-baked thin-crust pizza. Easy Pizza Skewers


  • 1 Delissio Rustico Quatro – prepare the pizza according to the box.
  • Goat or mini bocconcini cheese (I used goat cheese in this photo)
  • Cherry Tomato
  • Fresh Basil
  • Bamboo Skewers
  • Reduced balsamic reduction (optional if you want to fancy up the dish)

Cut the cooked pizza into 1′ squares. Skewer the pizza squares, goat/bocconcini cheese, followed by the cherry tomato and basil. That’s it!



Salami + Roasted Tomato + Goat Cheese Pizza (right side)


  • 1 Delissio Rustico Funghi – prepare the pizza according to the box.
  • 4-5 slices of  salami
  • 6-7 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Goat Cheese

In a small roasting pan, drizzle olive oil on the cherry tomatoes and roast in the oven at 400 degrees for about 8-10mins. Set it aside and let it cool.
Next, prepare the Delissio pizza according to the package. Cut the salami pieces into halves and place them on the cooked pizza, along with the roasted cherry tomatoes and goat cheese.


Arugula + Prosciutto Pizza (top)


  • 1 Delissio Rustico Quatro – prepare the pizza according to the box.
  • Arugula – a handful
  • 4-5 slices prosciutto
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Goat Cheese

Prepare pizza according to the package. Add fresh arugula, slices of prosciutto and goat cheese to the cooked pizza. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil and serve.
