Located in the OPUS Hotel in trendy Yaletown, La Pentola serves up classic Italian fare with a modern twist. Chef Travis McCord releases a new fall Alla Famiglia menu focusing on fresh, local and seasonal ingredients.

Buratta served with salsa verde, charred leeks, pine nuts, crispy prosciutto and picked shallots.

Vitello Tannato slow cooked sliced veal with tuna sauce and pickled vegetables.

Butternut Squash and Ricotta Ravioli with chestnuts, and brown butter sage.

Not pictured; Pappadelle served with roasted porcini mushroom, pork sausage with dark poultry sauce and the last entrée, a 26oz bone-in Kettle Ridge Ribeye with sunchoke puree, roasted sunchokes, sunchokes chips and braised walla walla onion jus.

La Pentola’s popular Alla Famiglia menu offers a five ($55pp) or seven course ($65pp) dinner option. Either dinner offers great value and I promise, you will leave full and satisfied.
